As shared in the interview, Vic’s focuses on “food fast”—not fast food—meaning every meal is cooked to order using fresh ingredients, from hand-prepped vegetables to housemade sauces.

 Vic’s Drive-In has even made its way onto the international racing scene.  

During testing at Circuito de Jerez in Spain, driver Slade Stewart of the “Sparklefarts” Lamborghini shared: “We have our favorite burger joint onboard as we turn laps here. If you haven’t had a Vic’s Drive-In burger then you haven’t had a great burger.”

With roots in Friday Harbor, the connection is a fun reminder that even on the racetrack, great food from home still stands out.
